Black wool jersey Donna Karan New York label tulip / pencil skirt, circa very early 1990s (label was started in 1988). Banded waist with back center hidden hook closure and zip. Pleating across the front waist faces inward towards center; pleating across tieback waist faces outward towards side seams. Unlined. Diagonal wool weave is draped for added volume through the hips, helping to hide the on seam slash pockets. Gathered hem (tulip shape) is weighted at six points for incredible drape and form.
Early Donna Karan New York piece, in great condition- very well kept. No damage seen when held to the light. Fresh and ready to wear. Tagged size 12, please confirm measurements. A beauty!
